Anyone know what type of polyp this.....i have had it for a year and never thought to ask or even check....just wondering and when i go it it only had about ten polyps to start...

i don't think it that....it doesn't have a mat when it spreads it almost like little tubes???

unidentified mat polyps with tubular tentacles. Family : Clavulariidae

kinda looks like brown star polyps, since they have that purple mat/base
