No idea about the first one but the second one looks like a type of flatworm or a chiton maybe.

a chiton..limpet...comethin like that.i had one that came ont he rock that i got my first tubeworm colony off of. but it disapeard, died i guess.

Not a Chiton. Is a Limpet. They are in the snail phylum. Some are good and some are bad depending on what the particular species feeds on. Different species feed on different things.
