I bought these from my lfs Christmas Eve and they didn't have a name for them. I thought they looked like zoos, but not too sure. Anyone?

Yep some type of zoanthid.

not sure the name, but i know its fairly common bc i got one cheap a while back. it grows fast too and very hardy.

I'm glad it's hardy since it is my first attempt at a coral.

What should I feed them, and do I need to individually feed each head?

No feeding your water column zoo plank, phyto or cyclops once a week is pleanty for them no need to spot feed. If this is your only coral go real easy on the feedings for your water column.
