ok well on my mexican turbo snail i have sone sort of limpet on its shell its orange and white striped and i cant get it off and it wont leave the snail, well i was just wondering if you had any idea what kind it is?

Certainly sounds like a limpet in it's actions and limpets are often found stuck on snail shells. I don't think I've ever seen an orange striped one though.
