Looks like a starburst coral that isn't doing very well.
Also, if it starts to open up more, keep an eye on its tentacles. They flow out in the current several inches (min get up to 4-5") and can sting other coral. I place mine in an area that keeps it out of reach of anything it might bother.
Looks like a pretty nice sized piece.
