I found this on my LR today

looks like a very small mushroom of some sort.

Cup coral? Is it like a polyp or does it have a little skeleton under there?

Not sure about the skeleton

but it does open and close and it also changes which way it's facing.

This is what I'm seeing as well. Need to know what the tentacles look like. Are the tentacles clear with white dots and have a white ball on the end? Does it come out mostly at night?

Copy the picture and blow it up in one of your programs. I don't see any tentacles, but still looks like a baby plate to me.

I guess we'll figure this one out together. I just found one of these on the same rock that the probable mushrooms are on. I'll try and get a pic of it as soon as it is big enough for the camera to pick up.
