I am wondering if anyone knows what this is and if its a threat. i have 3 one (the picture), one in the cave and one on my gravel.
Also i have these things that come out of the rock. just kinda curious what they might be. i cant get pictures cause of the color. but they remind me of octopus arms. the long stetchy arms that come out of the rock. any ideas.

The things pictured may be sponges .... harmless.
Your other description sounds like they may be starfish arms.

i was thinking starfish arms and so was the lfs. but do starfish arms stretch?

If they're not bristleworms they're starfish arms.

Maybe a spaghetti worm? are the "arms" white?

yes they are. well kinda off white grayish but yeah.
