ID Please

This literally grew in 6 hours and I have no idea what it is...my LTA climbed up the rock to this location a day or two ago and I've recentlly added a clownfish and I treated my tank for cyanobacteria last night.

Are these bad? And how did it get in my tank?

no they arent bad. They are a coral. They can grow from just a tiny bit left on the rock. It was prob there when you bought the rock. What lights do you have? They will grow nicely with just pc lights.

I just upgraded to Pc lights...I have a green richordea mushroom that appears to be propogating and a LTA that I had under a single flourescent for 8 months and was told that that wasn't good enough...both of those guys have been doing great and have grown even more since I got the pc's
