this is under my live rock and can not find anything about this thing or pics about this thing please help does any one know what this is

Might be some type of Tunicate or Sea Squirt. I really cannot tell though.

Agree with bang here, looks like a Tunicate to me. (Of course a better picture would help)
Here is an example of one to compare yours to. They are soft, filter feeders, and for the most part usually don't survive in our tanks.

Usually see them in newer tanks with new rocks. After a while they start to die off for lack of food.
