It's no problem. There are thousands upon thousands of different zoas out there and more every day since they have an ability to morph colors under different lighting/conditions. It's getting nearly impossible to give them all correct names

One thing I've experienced is that a lot of times the purpose of naming them is to hype the new coral. Sometimes a owner may ask others to help name the coral, getting them all excited for the release of something new.
As far as the funny names....I don't know how about pink boobies chalice

Funny. I bought a colony that looks EXACTLY like that this weekend too. I paid $15 for mine. How much were yours?
