Can anyone tell if this is Bryopsis? What is the best way to get rid of it? Just pick it off?

It kinda looks like some Green Polyp Coral, i may be wrong. Did that come on a piece of live rock from you LFS? If it is Green Polyp Coral, you are very lucky to get it for free.
