It looks like a feather duster. If so it is perfectly fine. It's a filter feeder. From what I understand it is an indication that your tank parameters are good.
Feather duster, not bad but can reproduce like rabbits, i personally like to keep them from ran-sacking & taking over my tank, others love them. Personal preference i guess.
