That really is what they look like. But we don't have flies and I don't think they could live in a marine environment.

Do bristle worms have a larve stage?

the one is definatly a brisstle worm , but i cant say thats Polychaete larvae it look more like sponge in the one pic qtip sponge

I agree with the others. q tip sponges.
Do they move? If they move then their not sponges. If they move, my guess would be white flatworms.
