Too small to even speculate to me. Could be a number of things at this point, Montipora, Porites, even some type of Acropora ???, I can't say for sure. Maybe someone can figure it out. Sorry not of more help.

Yeah, who knows, maybe someone for sure. Just let it grow and see what you end up with. Give it good light and flow and let it grow.

Ok. Its under PCs, but I put it to the tallest part of the tank. I put it in the sand bed in the beginning so I can get a good pic of it. Where it is right now, its not getting a lot of flow. Should I put some good flow on it?

Here is a pic of what I just did. Do you think its getting enough flow now? The coral is 2 inches away from the water surface.

I don't know, you don't need to blast it though, just make sure your tank has adequate flow in all areas, would be my advice. I'm sure you don't want that straw in your tank forever, I would take it out and just let things be, if it likes where it is it will show signs of new growth rather quickly(between a couple of days to a couple of weeks), if it doesn't grow, move it to another spot if you can.
I don't know what you are testing for, but when going with SPS and even LPS, Calcium, Magnesium, and Alkilinity should be included with your testing.
