Id this please good or bad?

This is in my sump tank mainly in my bubble pass through. when I disturb them it looks like a oval shrimp kinda a clear white .Good or bad?

sorry here are the pics. sometimes I feed with frozen small shrimp, could it be them?

from what i can see it looks like q-tips sponges. i have a bunch.
are these it?
