ID this worm please

i got some crab/snail sheels today from my lfs so my hermits can move into some bigger shells and i just happen to see this worm next to one of the shells after it had been in the tank for about 3 hrs. so wtf is this thing
, i would do some research elsewere but i like first hand experiance so get this solved asap. thanks -i got out my finner net so he cant get out now

looks like a bristle worm
Bristleworms range in size from small (about 1" long) up to very large at about 20" in length. Most small ones are an orange color, sometime appearing two-tone in color. Larger bristleworms are frequently gray or brownish in color. Bristleworms are composed of many segments and have bristles (setae) which extend from both sides of its body along its entire length, hence their common name. These setae are clearly visible in the picture above. Bristle worms live in the sand or within the live rock. They are nocturnal and not usually seen during the day.
 
i cant id what kind of bristol it is -good or bad. so its going in the toilet. it can fest on my byproduct as long as it wants to

Bristle worms are good for the aquarium as long as you don't touch them, they are excellent at cleaning up. They eat leftover food and detritus.
