ID Very Small Worms..

Hey guys and gals, I was watching my tank today and noticed a few very small worms on my glass and on some dead coral I placed in the tank.
The worms are black or dark red in color, with a white head (or at least looks to be the head). They are very slender and seem to have a small pin point head that looks to be black.
What are these guys, and should I be removing them asap?
Thx

Whenever I see something in the tank that i dont' know what it is, I remove it and then get an ID on it. Take 'em out, throw them in a bowl or something. That way you wont lose them incase they are bad.
Sorry I can't help you more. A picture would be awsome.

I know, Ill try and get some pics when I can. If they are baby flat worms that could be bad there seems to be a couple dozen of them maybe?

Depends on which type they are. I was able to eradicate mine by none stop siphoning every time I saw them and a sixline wrasse and a mandarin that both ate them. Took a couple weeks, but IMO, it was better than dumping chemicals in the tank.
