Ideas for a new frag tank. help

Im currently trying to put together a 20ish Frag tank and wanted to get some imput on if this is a good idea to go about or will the tank size have problems with the abundance of frags.
any ideas about the tank would be great (filter / skimmer / lighting)

Good size I would think. A good HOB filter would be a must, something like the Aquaclear 110. If you were just going to keep frags in there a skimmer would be overkill IMO. On the lighting that would depend on what coral species you were going to keep.
Just my opinions.
