They look like photo shopped Ocellaris clown fish. Or at least miss bar's.

They are called Snowflake ocellaris clowns, and they retail for at least $500 per pair. As far as I know, they come from TMC in England. Only a couple fish from their original pair has this coloration in each spawn, which is why they command such a high price.
