I have a small dark green colored bubble, about the size of a dime on my live rock. There is only one of them. Would anyone be able to identify this before I post a picture??

Sounds like bubble algae to me too. I would remove it, just be careful not to burst it. In side there are spores that could, if burst, can spread the bubble algae.
