IDPlease - Anemone?

Finally got a barely decent pic, not sure what these are but they are only a few millimeters across. ANy ideas?

Are they pretty good at spreading? How big do they get? A websearch wasnt too clear on that.

Just found the size: 1.5 cm. Too bad they dont get bigger.

The will usually hide out in the shady or darker areas of the tank, I have plenty of them. Some how they even wound up in my refugium.
