If it's not ich...what could it be?

My blue hippo started rubbing herself against the rocks today. I have not added any new fish in several months so if what I understand to be true about ich...it shouldn't be ich. What could it be???
I recently purchased a new 120 gallon tank to create my new display and my old 120 gal display became my sump. (we had to empty it and move it) Needless to say...doing this did create a disturbance however we tried to be as careful as possible to not stress the fish out too much. The change was completed yesterday 120 gal sump was connected but the fish have been in the new tank for over a week now.
Could this just be stress...will it go away? Is there something I can do or watch for?
Salinity 1.025
temp 78
ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 0
Alk normal
Ph 8.4
My set up...
120 gallon reef tank
120 gallon sump
300 lbs of live rock
100 lbs of live sand
2 emeralds
50 hermits
15 snails
1 perc
1 six line wrass
1 blue hippo
possibly still a yellow gobie (i think he may have gone for a ride into the sump)
Thanks for any replies..

So far nothing abnormal other than the rubbing. It's still lights off in the tank right now so she is sleeping. I feed every second day so I will check today if she eats.

That is symptomatic of parasites. Use a magnifying glass to see if you can detect anything.
