Illegal Phrases

Well, I was listening to the radio this morning, and they were doing a pretty cool call-in thing. The topic was "illegal phrases". Basically you called in and said which phrases/cliche's you think should be made illegal. It was pretty funny. I thought it would be fun to do something along the same lines on here.
So which phrases do you think should be made illegal?
I'll start with a few:
"if it ain't broke, don't fix it"
"whassssup"
"might-could" (i.e. "i might-could fix that tractor for ya")
anyone else?

"Think outside the box."
Any phrase containing the word, "Synergy."
"You really push the envelope."
From the Bachelor, "Ladies, {Bachelor}, this is the final rose of the evening."
From American Idol, "Dawg," and "That really was the worst performance I've seen this competition,"

, "That's hot."
Tyra Banks, "You look fierce."
Finally, "Can you hear me now? Good."

Synergy is quite a good name for a band, actually

Here's an example of when synergy should not be used...I made this up, so it doesn't make any sense.
This company prides itself on its innovative practices, synergistic atmosphere, and our employees that are never afraid to face challenges head on, and think outside the box. Constantly pushing the envelope, we strive each day to develop new methodologies and practices that encourage maximum growth potential with minimal residual qualitativeness. These are the things that have brought our company into the Y2K and beyond.

lol!
that's the point of this thread. You don't have to have a reason for it to get to you!
I got another one: when you forget what you had to say and someone says "well, it must not have been that important"...

How about this, and I'm sure everyone goes to work and has someone do this every day they work, sometimes several times a day.
Are we having fun yet?
Also injecting a side question.
Would it now be considered sexual harassment if I told a female she had a really nice bedonkydonk? and how would you define that in court?

Would you have to go so far as to prove the nicety of said bedonkydonk??
Would she argue that her bedonkydonk was in fact not very nice at all??
