I'm Afraid My Order from SWF froze

I just recieved my order from this site and i'm afraid everthing froze. I purchased some snails, crabs, sea hare. Nothing looks like it's moving. What do I do. I'm floating them in the bag in the tank and see what happens. If it did freeze am I out all of the shipping fees?

sorry to hear. send them an email, bc u never know. which part of the country do u live in? normally swf.com put heat pad in the box if its shipped to cold locations.

Sometimes it takes awhile for them to perk up. I thought an order that got cold all died but they perked up and were fine. But obviously dead is dead but just give it awhile.

I've floated everything in a bag for awhile now. The sea hare is still not moving. The site says you have to notify them in 5 hours from delivery if things were dead upon arrival.
