I'm almost done with U-verse

Ugg my TV and internet are out once again (borrowing a connection from the neighbor) I haven't even got my first bill yet, and they've had 4 people come to my house, and another one scheduled for tomorrow.
I'm just about ready to call up dish network. And give up on u-verse...

WHAAAAT??? I love U-Verse. Never once a problem. Don't, you will love it. It puts Dish to pasture. What is the problem??? OUT as in out, out?? Nothing?? Zip?.

WEll it is sunny, and I have no U-verse.

Figures, the installer came early so I missed him, called to gripe, they finally said he'd come back, and never did...

Yeah, they had to mess up something in your installation. We have never had a single problem. Several of our friends have it also, and they love it. I would mention to customer service the days you have been out vs. the billing cycle. Insist a credit for days missed. Mention to the installer also, he can tell customer service what is going on.
