im back!! can someone help me new to reef tanks help please

I had a f/o tank for a year. But I moved and fish died I was so hurt so I haven't had anything in the tank for over a year. I'm ready again now I want a reef tank so this is new to me how do I start. Thanks

what do you have and what do want in it?

I don't have anything right now just some l/r and c/c just letting it cycle. I want a lot of invert I do know that much and maybe come clowns and a. Loin fish i. I'm still doing research. Should I make the large part of my w/d filter "I don't know what's called but people put sand and c/pods and other life form in it. " Right now I have bio balls. Pleas help
