Im fuming.....

I placed an order with SWF.com on Friday and requested today as a delivery day...come to find out they did NOT ship yesterday
I checked the order status yesterday morning and it showed it was "processing" so I assumed all was well and figured I would have an email confirming the order shipped when I got home from work....boy was I wrong. So I checked the order status again and it had reverted back to "pending" status

I searched for a way to contact them and finally sent an email to the "support team" who has yet to get back to me. The order is again showing processing as the status so I again assume it will ship today but there wont be anyone home tomorrow to get them out of the cold.

I am venting and mean no disrespect but I am now worried about the 2 kudas

Please cross ur fingers for them and that I can sneak outa work long enuf to get them

Happened to me as well but it arrived a day earlier than I requested. You can request for Fedex (I believe) to keep it at their facility until you pick it up but I don't know if it's to late to do that.

luckily its not too cold today (upper 30's LOL) but they DO package pretty well so there shouldn't be any issue, other than possible theft if you're in a bad area (All of NY is no?
) you should be fine
 
Its not like Im IN the city or anything......it is pretty safe here!! My family has been here going on 5 years and have only had minor problems with the little boy down the street that likes my daughter and was doing things to get her attention.........you will see what I mean when your daughter gets older!!!! hehe
Last time FedEx delivered here they left the package in my front hall.....Im not sure how warm it is going to be tomorrow, I think it is supposed to snow

supposed to be in the 30's, with a wintery mix in ct/ma but just cloudy for you.
cant you have them ship it to your work? that's what i do and then show off everything to people at work LOL.
but seriously, they pack everything SWEET, with heatpacks and a huge styrofoam box inside a cardboard box. i'd think you'd be fine if it shows up tomorrow, but like scott said, talk to their customer service. i'd personally try to get it changed to your work address.
 
I just pm'd Scott my work address to see if it can go there if not I asked that it be noted for FedEx that the package be left inside my stairway (which is where they left the last shipment) so they will be ok......I have to be home at 230pm to get my kids off the bus so they wont be there too long anyway.
I want to say that I am very aprreciative of the quick response I have gotten today!!

I did however contact the "new customer support center" last night and have STILL heard nothing back.....just an FYI for u and the reason I "vented" in this post. But again kodos to you on reacting so quickly to resolve this today!!!
