Immediate Help Needed

I noticed tonight that my fish has developed a larg white spot on its side and tiny ones on the other side. Its not really active and stays at the top of the tank when the light is on. It hasn't ate since i got it 3 days ago. Could this be ich? Plz help me. i just got this and don't wanna lose it. I have a coral beauty in the tank as well. Should i take the coral or clown out and put into a fish cooler and let it stay there for awhile? HELP!

FishorBust, please take a look at the FAQ Thread above and the discussion and piture there on ICH. See if the pic of the twen clowns there are basically what you are seeing. [Keep in mind that those fish are pretty heavily infested].
If this ich, you may be able to treat them in tank depending on the type of setup you have. Is your tank FO by chance??
