Immunity to Ick?

OK, so I am setting up my 10 gal Hospital tank…I have had Ick on every fish I put in my tank when I first put it in, but so far, it goes away after a fresh water dip or two and a couple of days. After reading Terry’s articles on Ick, I now want to rid my display tank of this stuff. My plan it to catch my Blue Tang and my Coral Beauty, both of whom had ick, but both of whom don’t show signs of infection now, and move them to the hospital tank, where I will treat them with Hyposalinity. My question is, I couldn’t catch my damsels if I tried, and I have a snowflake eel in the display tank as well, are they carrying ick in a dormant state inside them? Or are they possibly “immune” to Ick now that they have been exposed to it, and overcome it, like Terry mentioned as a possibility? If I can’t catch the Damsels, it there any point to go to all the trouble of curing the Tang and Angle? Will they just get reinfected when I put them in 3 weeks later? Finally, if I wait 3 weeks to reintroduce the fish, can I be relatively sure all the free swimming Ick, and the little cysts in the rock and sand should be dead? Is that still true if there are some “immune” Damsels in the tank?
Lots of questions I know, but there is so much I don’t know…

Full reef, corals, anemones, sponges, live rock, live sand, lots of crabs, snails, a cleaner shrimp, a slug, and a sea squirt. Can't do hyposalinity in there.
