would one be ok if it was put a 90 gallon?????
what if it was the only decent size fish or was the ONLY fish. is this possible at all? there should be a decent number of swiming rooM? PLZ HELP:)

well considering it grows to about 15 inches bigger is better but most places seem to say min is 75gal-100gal.
so a 90 i think would be ok but not ideal. from what i know they dont need huge swimming spaces like forinstance a tank would.
we had a blue face for awhile in a 75. did great until i crushed him with the lid during a tank cleaning.

try to get a baby one. this way you can have a better chance not to have problems with feeding. some say that the bigger ones dont take well to captive feeding habbits.
not only that but it is cool to watch it chang

a small one would be ok in a 90 for a while. when it get full grown i would make a tank upgrade.

yeah, you can always keep him for a few years if you get a juvenille and sell him back to a lfs with a large display tank when he gets too big
