In-Line_filters?

Does anyone have any opinions on the lifegard in-line filter system? Will they do a good job on my 125 gal. new set up tank? I will have a chemical filter, 1 mechanical, uV sterilizer, and the heater modual. with the fluidized bed filter. I am planing to buy this week unless your experience proves other wise.
