in my tank their is a clear jelly?

What could it be i am just curious. it is forming at the base and ontop of one of my LR's anyone have any clues?

how long has ur tank been up and running? is there anything in it besides lr??
i had a clear jelly type substance when i was cycling my tank...but i think it was only cuz of the dead shrimp and the heat...
maybe there is somthing dead in ur tank and u just cant see it....
sorry not much help.
