In regards to the person that had the red spotted yellow tang.

I was having this problem just recently also.
The tail and part of the torso was red (kinda blood red).
Well I have changed his diet to try to see if the diet was what was wrong. But it wasnt.
I was feeding flakes, tried little brine shrimp, tried lettace and seaweed.
The tang seems to LOVE the flakes the most.
I also always have a seaweed or lettace on there.
Yesterday I decided to feed him a few more pinches of flakes than usual. Well INSTANTLY his red was going away. I will up his portions of flakes until it is gone. But now his eyes dont bulge and he seems healtier.
I just wanted to let you know my experience with that problem.

So, your fish fares better on junk food, eh?? Well, can't blame him actually....I always feel great after eating junk too. :D

yeah he actually does like the junk better.
He does peck at the seaweed and lettace I give him (about a 1.5x1.5in) piece that he eats a day.
I think he is pretty healty and now he is doing well.
What other type of food do you suggest I feed him/her Beth? I am still new to all this madness.

Well, there's a whole lot of frozen foods out there that add variety to the diet. There are a few different varieties of seaweed selects as well as various vegetarian frozen foods that you can try. As for meaty productions, I'm a strong advocate of fresh seafood. For tangs, some people will also use finely graded carrots, blanched broccoli and peas.
