In Tank Skimmers

I am starting a 30 gallon fish only tank, i was wondering if any body knows any thing about in tank skimmers, if they work well and if you can recommend a certain one.

Unsightly and not worth the money IMO. They are better than nothing. A CPR bakpak or remora from aqua c would be a better choice.
