Indo-Pacific Tank

Can anyone give me some nice artificial coral brands or types that are designed to look like species found in the Indo-Pacific? I'd really appreciate it. I've got some information from the web, but I don't know if they come as artificial corals or who would make them. Thanks.

Hmmm, some are often pretty general or lacking in detail that it is just the general impression of some type of coral. I am not sure how much detail you are actually going for. I would say most of the artificial corals are probably styled after Indo-Pacific corals, but again, don't necessarily have so much detail that they would be unmistakeable...and probably not something people could ID unless they were coral biologists :D They are getting better over the years I guess. Are you using these as a project or something that you definitely need Pacific species?
SeaGarden came out relatively recently with their soft collection. I think there is a Natures Image or something like that too. But there is a fair number of them out there if you search for artificial corals or something like that.

I'm aware of a company based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL called Living Color that sells a wide selection of artificial corals.

Thanks, I hadn't heard of either of those. I live in Fl so if its a florida based company that'd be great. Less shipping costs! Thanks.

I looked up the names of those companies and found a dealer two minutes from my home! They ship directly from Ft. Lauderdale and since its only about an hour or so drive to Ft. Lauderdale it will work out great if the home company has something this one does't. This is the Living Color company. Their stuff is really lifelike.
