The blue ring is a beautiful fish both as a juvi and as an adult (very different). They grow pretty big so I wouldn't put her in anything smaller than 75-100g tank. She, like most the other large angels, is not reef safe as all angels and willappreciate any lr you have.
They are also pretty difficult to acclimate and keep. Needs exceptional water quality. If you can provide that and get her to eat (which may take time and even live food sometimes) she'll be a great and rewarding fish.
As far as tempermant goes they're a little weird--first they are very shy and easily intimidated by even smaller fish--then once fully acclimated and established (couple months at least) they can become bully's. So choose her company wisely. That's all I can think of for now.

cool thanks would a 125 gallon tank be ok?

125 gal ok. And I also not suggest u to feed her in reef tank. Unless u raise her when she was a child...
