Injectors

I have been looking at plans for a number of different DIY skimmers and most talk about Injectors, what do they do and is it somthing I can make or do I have to buy it somewhere?

i think an injector is a like a pvc cap with a hole drilled in the middle to spray water at high speed to create froth when it hits the bioballs but imo try to find a becket injector

i dont know why but i cant post on your powerhead ? so ill tell you hear imo maxi-jet is the best thats what i use they are $14-20 each or i have a small hagen its ok and you can get more gph with them they are $14-50 each at

sorry i have been out of town hame depot did carry the becket im not sure if they still do and if not you can go to a pond supply thats all they are is a pond foamer

Beckett's Foam Injector number 1408. If you can't find one at Home Depot, ask the garden dept. to order one. They ordered them for me.
