Injured anemone?

Last night my long tentacle anemone was roaming my tank as he does regularly, this morning I noticed he settled down and had some debris on 1 specific part of his body. Now when I look at him it seems the area looks somewhat swolen and the debris is still there. Could he have possibly cut himself on the rock?..Should I do anything for him or will it be ok in time?

I'm going to move your thread over to the reef forum where I think it will get attention. The disease forum is basically for fish diseases.
I'm sure the folks in Reef will be able to give you input as to what is going on.
