When I left the house this morning my Fire Shrimp was sitting in the front of my tank on the bottom. He had his fresh molt next to him, so I thought nothing about it. However, I just got home and he is now in the front bottom corner of my tank (he usually hangs in the back until feeding time), and he looks bad.
Basically, it looks like he didn't finish his molt. I don't think all of his legs and carapace (sp) were ready to molt yet? Is this common? What can I do to help him out...The only aggressive thing in my tank is a CB Shrimp.
Please help...he is our favorite!
