injured frogspawn

I had a piece of rock fall on one of the stalks of my frogspawn. It has pretty much crushed the one stalk it still has a few tentacles that are coming out. The rest of the stalks are not coming fully out? Is there anything I need to do or can do to save the whole piece or at least the rest?

the stalk that got crushed most likely is lost. the rest should recover quite easily. from personal experience when i injured or crushed a few heads from time to time during maintenace of my tank, those heads tend to perish. but other good heads grew so fast it'd soon sprout new heads.
