Injured maroon clown

I have a maroon clown that has been bitten by my porc puffer. He did considerable damage to his rear fin. There is an open wound at the base of the tail on both sides, as well as some damage to the fin. I have isolated the maroon clown into a 10 gallon q-tank at the moment.
I went to the LFS to get some antibiotics to prevent an infection. I was looking for marcyn, or marycn 2, but they did not have any. I picked up a few others, and though I'd post the ingredients to see if anyone has any input.
The 1st is a knock off of maracyn, made by mardel in a liquid solution. Active ingredients are Sulfadimidine, and trimethoprin.
The 2nd is melafix, and doesn't give much info on the ingredients.
The 3rd is neomycin sulfate in 200 mg capsules.
The 4th is ampicillin trihydrate in 250 mg capsules.
At the moment the maroon clown seems to be doing fine. He's eating, swimming, and otherwise acting normally. Any input would be appreciated.

I'll try the neomycin, and keep a close eye on the water params. I'll cut back the feedings, and keep an eye on the water. Then maybe after 5 days I can do a water change, and maybe add some LR/LS from my display to help reestablish the biofilter. Let me know if this is a bad idea.
