I have a large Bio-wheel Filter and a 65 Gallon Protein Skimmer for my 55 Gallon tank. There still seems to be lots of Inorganic Black material on the sand in My tank.. help please, what can I do? I used to just manually clean it out, but there has to be an easier way!

Traditionally, inorganic compounds are considered to be of a mineral, not biological, origin. To over simplify it, if you stopped putting it in you would not have to clean it out.
If it turns out to be organic you can add more bio-filter or reduce the need to feed as much. The right CUC can hide the waste and brake it down.

Do you have any powerheads in there to give you more flow?
