Internal parasites...

I'm wondering if anyone has had success in treating this situation. I have a tank with three triggers that I've had operating for almost three years. My undalatus and rectangulatus are fine. My clown is breathing heavy, has been for a while now. He's active but doesn't seem to have the appetite he used to have. His color is fading too. None of these fish have anything growing on them, etc. I've noticed that sometimes the rectangulatus will pop his mouth and swim backwards. Also, I've noticed something living on the live rock I have. It's very small and looks like an ant. I can see it going up and down the live rock. Is this a parasite? Any info would be appreciated.
Cheers, K

Lots of things live on LR, I wouldn't worry about that.
How does the clown's gills look like? Swollen? Red?

His gills look fine. He doesn't even scratch. There are no symptons on his body that would indicate he is sick. He just appears to be breathing heavy. I've got a product in my tank called Rally, which I believe is a form of Formalin. I'm gonna do a water change on Friday and go from there. K
