These invert packages they have on here...such as the ones with the blue leg hermits...if you order one of these, do these guys arrive with the shells they use as their homes or would I need to get some?

They do come with thier shells.But you will need to get ahold of some slightly larger ones in the future so they can move into them as they grow...
