inverts for aggressive tank

I have a 77g tank with about 75ibs of lr, skimmer, etc. It has been setup for about 3 years and only has 1 fish, a 3ft snowflake. I want to add a little more interest to the tank, and something to clean the algae. Are cleaner shrimp, starfish (choc chip?), snails, urchins, etc compatible? im kinda thinking a small group of 3+ cleaner shrimp, a star or 2, an urchin, and maby 20-30 snails (turbo). All parameters are fine, except the nitrates are a little high, maby 20-30, but thats no doubt due to debris buildup, which these critters should help out with. Any other recommendations?
thanks,
Jon

oh, you see all those nice pics of huge eels being cleaned by cleaner shrimp and whatnot, so this does not apply to the smaller snowflakes? or does it not happen in an aquarium environment? Anyways, good to know. In that case, maby a bunch of turbo snails, and a lion or puffer.

I know of a few people who have snowflakes in the tank with cleaner shrimp with absolutely no problem. The shrimp actually climbs in the eels mouth to clean him.
