Inverts in danger?

Recently my long tentacled anemone died and I didn't take him out due to the fact that I couldn't find him. But this morning I woke up and saw that my water was cloudy, I looked all around and saw his dead carcass and I figured that's what made the water cloudy. Will his remains do any harm to my corals or inverts? Or fish for that matter?
Thanx, Duce

Definately take it out if you haven't already. But test your water, I would be worried about ammonia levels spiking. I would do a water change.
