inverts in tank

can you still keep inverts in your tank if you are not going to use live rock or coral. I have not yet decided to go with live rock and may just use the decorative corals that I have. I would like to get some crabs or something to clean the sand bed. Will they be alright in a FO tank?

As long as there is algea and other things for them to eat and none of your fish will eat them like puffers or triggers they should be fine

Simple Answer is YES _ I sauggest you buy small piece of LR anyway - it helps keep the inverts busy.
Heck you know you can throw in clean coral pieces into the tank you get from ***** and after a while it'll be at least something to climb on.
