Inverts keep dying

Hello folks. Maybe you can help me here. About 4 months ago my heater got stuck and killed everything in my tank. Well I started it over and let it cycle for about a month. I put two blue damsels in the tank and they seem to be doing fine. I had a bit of an algae problem so I bought a bunch of snails. They have since died. I have also put some crabs in the tank to clean up everything. They have died too. The fish are fine. Any ideas?

You used any ick treatments in the past. Especially copper for anything?

Ryan how long did you acclimate your inverts? Inverts usually die if you don't acclimate them long enough.

Definitely make sure there is no copper in the tank if you were treating the tank with copper... if ur not sure you can buy some copper removing materials at a fish store (***** might even have it) Even if u've cleaned the tank and started over when u used copper it still might be there...Copper is very difficult to get rid of.
