has anyone had any luck breeding crabs or snails or any other inverts if so post here and tell us how it happened or what you did to stimulate this event

That's great!!

So what I understand is that most inverts have a free-floating stage until they morph and fall into the reef. IMO there is no way keep them alive during this free-floating stage.

some may survive, snails maybe but for the most part anything that breeds in the tank becomes additional fish food.

i woke up one day to find about a million cerith snails the size of a pod:L
snails generally will breed over time no matter wat :L
