Is 75-76F too low for reef?

Well, it would be great for some cooler water areas, but most run their tanks around 78-81 degrees. I would say you are definitely on the colder side and unless you are keeping cooler water reefs, I would increase it.

yes at least in the low 8o's
Negative. 75-76°F is perfectly acceptable, and if you have a decent system that's geared more towards fish then corals, it's preferred.
I'd say the bottom limit is around 74°, with the upper limit being around 84°. Though what you don't want, is a great temperature swing. The more consistent your tank temp stays, the better. It's fine if it runs at 76° or 82°, but what you don't want is your tank swinging from 76° to 82° in the same 24hr. period.

Thank you everyone.
BTW, Number + means you guys agree?
Mine stays at 75-76F constantly too. But I have read most people prefer 78-80F.
I will go in the middle, I will try to hit 77-78F. Currently I have two computer fans blowing at my 250W MH lights. I think if I turn of one fans then the temp will stay at 77-78. Please let me know your thoughts.
I currently keeping corals and fish.

It may, whatever you do to raise the temp do it gradually, shutting down a fan, adding heaters, whatever you do , keep it subtle to avoid rapid temp flux.

So high temp is not too bad.
Define "high temp"? I've kept my tanks at 86F some times during the summer with no side effects. I believe Bang Guy kept his amazing looking 10 gallon SPS tank at a constant 86F.
